Don Gray – Tenor – Arranger
Don lives on Mt. Adams, Ohio with a panoramic view of the Ohio River. He has sung in many Barbershop quartets, including several at the International Contest level. Don arranges all the songs for the quartet. There is no time that he isn’t “Barbershopping,” except when he’s golfing, bowling, skiing, traveling, or playing tennis.
Chuck Watson – Lead
Chuck lives in Galena, Ohio, where he retired after a rewarding career with Chemical Abstracts Service. He spends much of his time on barbershop activities, having sung with numerous quartets during his nearly 40 years in the Barbershop Harmony Society. Chuck was also fortunate enough to have been elected to the Society Presidency in 2000 and 2001. He belongs to Linworth United Methodist Church and sings in the choir. Other interests include woodworking, and helping with “International Friends.”
John Byerly – Baritone
John lives in Green Township, Ohio with his wife, Kathy, and their two rescue dogs, Molly and Wilson. John and Kathy own and operate SmartHiringDecisions.com – a human resource consulting firm. An active member of Mt. Airy United Methodist Church, John sings in the chancel choir and drives fund-raising activities for the church’s local food ministry. When not “barbershopping,” John and Kathy can usually be found cruising the Ohio River on their houseboat.
Dutch Speidel – Bass
Born and raised an Army service brat, Dutch spent his career at, and retired from, Procter and Gamble. He married Mary Lee Evans of Baltimore, MD. and they now live in Evendale, OH. They have three children and four grandchildren. Dutch has had a long lasting love, starting at age five, for instrumental and vocal music, the latest of which is barbershop quartetting, starting at age 65. In addition:
